Communist-era scarcity in Polish homeland enabled unlimited resourcefulness.

An unhappy childhood and Catholic upbringing sparked a quest for individuation through deep self-reflection. Dyslexia warranted courageous creativity. 

A one-way ticket to London opened up life experiments with emergent reality. 

An unplanned, yet successful executive global career illuminated and liberated me from conditioned patterns of behaving, thinking and doing leadership.

Shaping strategies, cultures, leading functions and organisations, weathering redundancies, multiple economic cycles - and black swans - unlocked a capacity to wear my stripes with grace.

International working and going local unshackled me from mono-experiencing on repeat and fuelled curiosity beyond fear.

Trendsetting in veganism, self-care and happiness gave me balance and taught me what it takes to command far-reaching influence and to stand strong and embody my convictions.

Facing death, feeling fear, giving up and picking myself up again, sharing small spaces with strangers yet loving every minute of it. My extreme adventures required excruciating physicality, personal resilience and mental toughness. Yet unexpectedly they softened me, gladdened my heart, connected me with the true essence of being human. I embraced, surrendered and over time trusted my path.

Philanthropy-guided fundraising and chairing, running charities solidified my stewardship of humanity and planet earth.

The drama of personal relationships mirrored my own projections, made me fully own them and respond with kindness in the most emotionally charged situations.

Being an entrepreneur tested my wits, I grasped that I don’t really know anything and can only fully show up to every moment and respond with full awareness, presence and compassion.

With motherhood I’ve fully let go, constantly un-learning and re-learning, and curating the space for unimpeded flourishing of my daughter’s potential. It’s children who make their parents, not the other way around.

The thrill of public speaking summons my superpowers to spark a dynamic conversation with audiences, calling for full embodiment of my master craft. 

Working with CEOs, Chairs, Boards and top teams showed me that leadership maturing is a universal process whilst the experiences people have are personal. Separate these and the unexpected happens. 

Age maturity and living life to the fullest has showed me that the cosmic jury is out for all of us. I’ve eased into my life space, welcoming every experience with curiosity, unwavering stillness and big belly laughs.
